I was around 34. Felt really lazy. Should have waited longer than I did to work out after eating that prime rib, baked potato, and green beans. It was very good though.
first timer to cross fit and LLLOOOOOVVVVEEEDDDD IT! I was nervous cause I've heard how tough the workouts are... but I finished in 29 minutes and didn't puke! yay!
