1 Mile run then... 2 Rounds: 15 SDLHP 65/95lb 20 Burpees 15 Thrusters 65/95lb 30 Lunges ( 15 each leg) then... Finish with a 800M run

27:21 I don't think it would have been as bad had it not been so freaking hot and had I not ate so horrible over the weekend...i almost puked
