Foot Pursuit
10 rounds of the following:
5 Thrusters (135/85#) 1 Muscle Up (or 4 Pull ups, 4 Dips) 10 Box Jumps 5 Dive Bomber Push ups 10 Air Squats 100 M Sprint
This kicked my butt!! I don't think I've ever been so HOT in my whole life. I finished in 32:24 doing 65# thrusters and 4 pullups/4 dips in place of muscle ups.
I think my time was somewhere around 35min. 135# thrusters kicked my ass. Hey, who is the pirate in the picture doing muscle ups? Shouldn't he have an eye patch or something?

The pirate came in with a blazing fast 3:41. Needed to be a little faster to get the best time.
Sorry meant 31:41. 3:41 would have been FAST!
