45:27 Probably worst workout I've done...felt like we won a war afterwards! Probably from all of the HORRIBLE food and pop i had for Christmas...oh well :-)

*forgot maxi pads at home and used 35 lbs for kb swings and walked for a solid 3 mins of the mile run
