24:54 As tough as this one was I actually liked it. The burpees sucked. I did glute ham with a ball instead of good mornings, and gut busters with a ball instead of KTE's.
23:18 I liked this one. I looked on the hardcore site in the comments and the fastest time i saw was 24:37. That makes me feel pretty good about our abilities as crossfitters.

I got 23:14 but since in could not do wall balls I had to do jumping air squats with #25 dumbbells. May or may not have added time??????
