23:43. I don't know if I could have pushed myself any faster on this one. Between the soreness from yesterday and not being able to breath. This was killer. loved it though.

25:02. I also don't think I could have went any faster or harder. This was a rough one....
26:14. I agree as well. If I would have pushed any harder I would still be laying on the track. But I did 10 (ok) kipping pull ups each round!
