So...I skipped CF and did my own modification outside on the bike trail (where distance is marked every 1/10 mile).
10 rounds of:
1/10 mile sprint (160m)
10 burpees
I finished in 19:30. My legs were BURNING.
20:05 this was killer
24:31 Ran around the weight room 3 times for your run in the gym down and back.
