This sucked!!!! Finished in 29:19, way last. Had to break up presses and dips a lot...First time doing sets of 15 on 65# press, and I did all of my dips on the dip bar!

Finished in 23:26, but accidently did 15 dips instead of 10. Was by myself, but was still motivated. I liked this one.
Great Job everyone! I finished in 18:11, I felt pretty good on this one. It was killer on the shoulders.
