The Outsiders
Meeks & Matt: 21-15-9: Overhead Squats Burpees
The cool people: 5 Rounds of 10: Thrusters (95#/65#) Burpees Gut Busters (10# ball)
We didn't time our workout since none of us had a watch. I really couldn't even take a guess...BUT i didn't use the stool for my thrusters and I was getting way lower than I ever have

I finished in 8 minutes flat. 115# overhead squat. This one felt great, tough, but great!
