5:40 for this one and 5:20 something for the 4 rounds of 10 185 DL and 10 burpees.

5:05 for the 7's and 5:15 i think for DL's and burpees

I think I had 6:43 on the 7's and then around 5:50-ish on the second DL/burpees. Then ran a 7:30 mile with Adam and John afterwards
