Finished in 16:46 with 115# squat. That's a new PR for me! I'm working up to 135 so I can use the big boy plates! :) I'm happy with my time though, its 45 sec faster than last time we did this workout, and 10# heavier!

Nicole is crazy fast! I couldn't keep up with her. I finished in 20:08 with 225# squat. I felt pretty slow on my squats. It was 30# more than body weight for me, so I feel pretty good about that
