5 rounds of the following:

400m Run
50 Air Squats
30 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups

Outside on the track...It's a hot one!

25:38...almost a minute slower than the last time we did this workout a couple weeks ago (24:41). I didn't break up any of my sets so I'm not sure where the time difference came in, on the running maybe. I guess thats some motivation for me...3-2-1-GO!
