Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes:

15 Push Ups
12 Ring Dips (or regular dips)
9 Push Press (115#/65#)

That was way harder than it looks!! I finished 5 full rounds & was 3 push presses away from finishing the 6th. I struggled with the push presses...somehow I twice ended up with the bar stuck behind my head, thanks for rescuing me Matt! The guns are going to hurt tomorrow...3-2-1-GO!

I got about half way through my ring dips on the 5th round. By the fifth round, I had to do jumping ring dips. My arms were dead. I finished the fifth round after the twenty minute time limit. No prob, Nicole, that's what teammates are for!:)
