This was a dousy. I finished in 24:00 and again was a sweaty mess! I did 2 sets of 115# deadlift but it was killing my back so I switched to 95#. Considering I was still sore from hitting that 115# PR on Monday, it was too soon to try it again! I did the 95# squats and 35 lb KB swings. I liked this one, let's keep it in the rotation!

Since Meeks already left to go on his mountain-climbing adventure, I'll post his time. I'm pretty sure it was 21:3---something. He was rockin' it in his mandana!!

Since I went to the fieldhouse later yesterday, the weightroom was closed due to summer league basketball. So instead of the workout you guys did, I ran a 5K around the Boys Town lake (2x's around, I think its a little more than 5K). It was so humid and muggy down by the lake, but I prevailed and finished in 20:32. Not a great time, but I'll take it.
