5 Burpees
10 Deadlift (185#/95#)
20 Double Unders or 20 Jumping Air Squats

I finished 9 rounds in the 20 minutes. Deadlift felt good, I'm sore today!! I did the jumping air squats instead of double unders. I liked this one!! I was practicing some kipping pull-ups while we warmed up, I'm getting closer!!!

Got 12 rounds in 20 minutes. I did double unders because I have the fancy jump rope. I liked this one also.

I finished 7 rounds in 20 minutes. Deadlifts are my enemy. My time was hurt everytime that I got to them. Overall this was a great workout. Nicole your pullups looked great. Keep up the good work. This S@*T sucks....What time tomorrow.
