This was a killer work out, but I liked it. I finished in 16:49, and today I am sore as hell. My shoulders, hammies, lower back, pretty much everything. Get Some!!!

I did not like this workout!! In the 20 minute time limit, I got halfway through my last set of SHDP's. I finished the rest of them and the last 50 push press in about 25 minutes total. Nice job Matt, I have to say...I'm very impressed with your time!!
