The ladies and gents are doing different workouts today, since the ladies can't do muscle-ups...

For the guys:
4 Rounds of:
10 Clean & Jerks
10 Muscle Ups

For the ladies:
50-40-30-20-10
Sit Ups
Box Jumps (3 boxes)

I finished the "ladies" workout in 17 minutes flat. I banged up my other leg on the box jumps, but not nearly as bad as the first one.

I finished the 10 MU's and 10 C&J's (135#) in 27:20 or something close to that. I felt pretty good on the muscle ups, but I still have a lot of room for improvement. They were by far the thing that slowed me down. I could only get sets of two at a time for a while and then only one at a time. I liked this one though.

I am a girl! But, the girls did a different workout than the guys on this day. The guys were doing muscle-ups, which us ladies aren't strong enough to do...
