10 back squat
10 burpees
10 gut busters

We did this one on 8.8.08 and 10.10.08 if you want to compare.

It was a good day for me :)15:38, with 135# squats (my first time using the big plates!) And, I ran a 6:57 mile on the new track before the WOD...thats a PR too! I'm feeling the squats and gut busters today...

I hurt before the workout and I really hurt now, I hate gut busters. 24 something was my time.
