Had to do my workout at my gym. Very difficult to do, because I had to modify the pullups with military press. Did not keep time but I think it was close to 30 minutes.

I missed CF because of a doctor's appt, but I did a crossfit endurance workout at my gym...

3 rounds of: 30sec sprint, 30sec rest, 30sec sprint, 25sec rest, 30sec sprint, 20sec rest, 30sec sprint, 15sec rest, 30sec sprint, 10sec rest, 30sec sprint, 5sec rest, 30sec sprint. 1 min rest

I did all my sprints at 10mph on the treadmill. I wanted to bump up to 10.5 but the treadmill maxed out at 10...I think it took a little under 20 min total

I did the bangin bruce workout. i finished in 22:06. i was flying through it but on my last set of c&j's and cindy, i was really slow. it was hard to push myself. keep on trucking!
