I wish I didn't have to miss out all week!! Damn stitches.....Nice job though guys, its no fun to crossfit alone. I plan on making my comeback on Monday if my leg doesn't hurt too bad!

And Meeks, what with the medical jargon? Dysentery? Keep it simple for us, please :)
