I struggled with this one. I could only do the first one or two muscle ups each set, and then I had to do jumping to finish at 5 per set. It hasn't been a real great week for me. I think it partly has to do with the fact that my diet has been terrible as far as the Zone goes. I am getting back on track least last two days though. Also, I would like to welcome Hasselhoff from CrossFit Baywatch. He has proposed that we do his favorite workout from his neck of the woods. It is as follows:

10 rounds of:
-Life Preserver Curls (20 on each arm)
-200 meter slow motion sprints (preferably in sand, as he is not used to running on firm surfaces)
-10 dive and saves (dive into the water from a speeding boat and drag dead weight from the bottom of the ocean, preferably a drowned hot chick)

Cool Down: Shake out your long wet and gay hair. Then Brush it 1000 times.

We have a celebrity among us!!! I think we should get his favorite workout on video! Especially those slow motion sprints.

...And Hasselhoff, I seriously hope you did not make this name up for yourself. You know how I know you're gay? haha
