I would have liked to do this one, but there was a class in the weight room. did 10rd of run 200m and 10 burpees instead. Didn't we do this one before?

Not that i remember. I just found it off hardcore. The Jerks adn Swings were HEAVY! I got through clean & jerks of the 7th round I think.
