30:27 I'm not quite sure how I feel about Turkish get ups...I'm kind of indifferent...but I would take them over burpees anyday!

26:54 I think? My abs are not sore from turkish get-ups. I am not a fan, I feel like they don't do anything except make my shoulders tired.
