44:58. Longest crossfit workout EVER. This was not fun...the 55# push press kicked my butt. Had to scale my snatches to 45#, but I did all real dips!

44:02 this was pure hell! DB thrusters at 35# felt sooo heavy. I really struggled through this one.

Yes I agree that this one sucked. I am not sure if it sucked because it was a total ass kicker or if it is because I was a lazy bum for the last two months. I only got through 2 rounds. That is enough to make it feel like I was ran over 100 time. Its great to be back!!!
This SH*& sucks......what time tomorrow!!
