Nice to see there are other unaffiliated Crossfitters in Omaha. Where at Boys Town do you do your WODs? I was just there for my daughters track meet and didn't see a gym.

We workout at the field house on campus. We have a great weight room and indoor track. We are lucky to be able to use such nice facilities.

Ok so I did this one at home but it took me a while to realize how far I should be running on my treadmill.. so my time isn't accurate.
